With Japanese Golden Week just around the corner, we’d like to share our upcoming schedule. 🗓️ Blackship Golden Week Schedule April 29 (Tuesday): Closed April 30th (Wednesday) - May 2nd (Friday): Open Shipping and operations will be open as usual May 3 (Saturday): Open We will continue processing your requests, but please note that FedEx and DHL will not pick up packages . Only Japan Post shipments will be dispatched. May 4–6 (Sunday to Tuesday): Closed If you are in a rush, please use priority processing to ensure your package is shipped before the Golden Week Holiday.
newFinal update on forwarding from our old warehouse
In February, we moved to a new location and asked all customers to update their shipping address with the sellers. We previously announced that we would continue forwarding packages from our old address once per week, free of charge, until April 22 . Due to high demand, we extended the free period through the end of April . Starting from May 1st, 2025 , a forwarding fee will apply for any packages received at the old address. Forwarding Fee: Flat rate of $7 (it will be added to your package fees) Amazon packages Please note that while we can arrange re-delivery for packages shipped via Japanese domestic couriers (Sagawa, Yamato, or Japan Post), we’re unable to coordinate re-delivery with Amazon Japan. As a result, Amazon packages sent to our old warehouse cannot be forwarded. If you are expecting an Amazon delivery at our former Motomachi address, we recommend contacting Amazon as soon as possible to update the shipping address.
